A Happy Mind and Body Leads to a Happy Lifestyle

By shatipo 0 Comments

.ssential for a healthy and a happy lifestyle. Constantly overthinking about the tiniest to biggest things, stressing over uncountable things and keeping our minds occupied with a variety of disturbing thoughts has now become a habit which we just can't get rid of. This surely disturbs our day to day activities as well as the sleeping pattern which further hampers a lot of tasks.

The term Holistic wellness involves three crucial parts, the mind, body and the spirit which plays a vital role in our lives. Together, they run a never ending process which we can see in the form of different stories that is based on our lives.

Our mind is used for creative thinking and thoughts. It helps us in nurturing the relationships and helps to maintain our goals and motives. Our body helps in making decisions which are better for our well-being which includes exercise and nutrition. On the other hand, spirituality is concerned with self-awareness which includes various expressions that we use in our everyday life to express different emotions to different people.

Wellness can never be stagnant and it moves from one direction to the other. Every decision and choice that we make in our lives, becomes a part of our wellness journey. It is all about exploring yourself thoroughly. It is all about knowing your inner self thoroughly without missing out on anything. It is very essential to be completely aware of our ourselves because we often end up exploring other people but fail to understand our own self.

2) Your eating habits plays a major role in your wellness. Make sure what you eat is healthy and a balance of everything that your body needs. Always remember, one can munch on anything but excess of anything and everything can be too bad for us.

3) Keep your main focus on improving yourself. Keep a check on your mind and body because whatever progress you will make will push you forward to the positive aspects of life.

You should always remember that your body is irreplaceable and you should put extra efforts to maintain it because wellness is all about a healthy lifestyle. In the end we only regret about the choices we didn't make, so make sure you make the appropriate choice for yourself and choose wellness for mind over anything to lead a happy and a problem free

Analyzing The Absurd Human Behavior

By shatipo 0 Comments

t there is no doubt that most of us want to be human and help humanity live better. However, this desire is not enough to transform our personalities and change the world.

We believe that first of all we must guarantee our survival, protect our interests, defend our ego, and realize our ambitions. We don't understand that if we care only about our own lives and our material reality and we do nothing to save the poor, we are wasting our time.

We are alive in order to become more sensitive to other people's pain and help those who are suffering more than us.

Everyone has problems and everyone is suffering in a way or another, but the poor have more than too many unbearable problems. We have to stop being selfish and we have to care about their destiny.

The fact that so many people simply disregard their existence and care only about the part of the population that has money is more than absurd and ridiculous.

How can miserable people survive and have a decent life?

Do they deserve to die because they are poor?

We are simply killing the poor, without giving them any chance to abandon their misery. This is a disgusting crime, but we are indifferent to what is happening in the world. We care only about us and our family.

However, we believe that we are good besides being so selfish because (we believe that) we don't do anything against anyone.

Don't you think that we have the behavior of disgusting demons?

Don't you think that our attempts to eliminate the problems generated by terror, violence, and immorality without eliminating poverty reflect huge absurdity?

How can we ignore the main reason for the existence of terrorism?

Even those who are not living in misery are suffering. Most people don't make enough money and cannot buy everything they need.

If someone doesn't have money this person is constantly looking for money in order to survive and buy what he or she wants. Everything he does is done with the intention to make money.

This is how most people are living in the world. Everything they do is always done with the intention to make money.

Therefore, we are conditioned to believe that money is more important than anything else, whereas we are indifferent to the fact that most people live in poverty and terror and cannot survive in the cruel world.

Our attitude is more than absurd, but we believe that we can do nothing to save the poor.

Nothing?...

When we want to achieve a certain goal in order to please our ego we can go to the moon. We can build a skyscraper. We can create an artificial oasis in the desert.

However, when we have to help the poor, we don't have any time left. We cannot give them even a cent. We have too many expenses. We work too many hours. We are too tired.

Only our children deserve all our attention and all the money we have.

What do you think about our mindset?

Do you believe that money is more important than anything else now that you know that there is a demon in your brain?

Do you believe that you deserve a pleasant life?

In order to find sound mental health we have to put an end to poverty and hypocrisy. Otherwise, nobody will care about the importance of dignity, and without moral sense, we will keep being disgusting betrayers and cruel monsters who merely pretend to be human.

Nobody will find peace. Nobody will evolve.

We will never understand the importance of goodness. We will never find authentic happiness and we will never get rid of unbearable mental disorders.

If we want to become mentally healthy human beings, poverty must stop being part of our reality. Everyone must have basic conditions of life without being forced to accept the injustice of the world.

Christina Sponias continued Carl Jung's research into the human psyche, discovering the cure for all mental illnesses, and simplifying the scientific method of dream interpretation that teaches you how to exactly translate the meaning of your dreams, so

The Ultimate Goal of Holistic Healing Is Wholeness

By shatipo 0 Comments

Reiki (pronounced Ray-key) is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. It is a simple, natural and safe method of healing.

The awareness that an unseen energy flows through all living things and directly affects the quality of a person's health has been part of the wisdom of many cultures since ancient times. This life energy goes by many names: qi in China, ki in Japan, and prana in India. The ancient Hawaiians called it ti or ki. It has also been called orgone energy and élan vital, and science refers to it as biofield energy. When your life energy is low, it is more difficult to deal with stress; you may not sleep well, and you're more susceptible to illness. When your life energy is strong, you feel strong, can more easily deal with stress, and are less likely to get sick. Reiki is a technique that increases a person's supply of life energy.

What to expect at a Reiki Session

You relax, fully clothed, on a massage table while the practitioner holds her hands on or above you. There are a series of hand positions employed, but there is no pressure on the body, making it ideal for treating all ages and conditions. The energy flows wherever it is required and can be described as a warm or tingling sensation. A treatment can last thirty minutes to an hour, based on the needs of the client. Receiving a Reiki treatment is a very relaxing and soothing experience, which will leave you feeling refreshed and balanced.

• Promotes natural self-healing
• Balances the energies in the body
• Adapts to the natural needs of the receiver
• Enhances personal awareness
• Relaxes & reduces stress
• Aids meditation & positive thinking
• Gentle, harmless & effective

Reiki energy allows muscles to relax and increases blood flow to treated areas, which in turn quickens the healing process. Practitioners and clients report help with stress, headaches, insomnia, upset stomach, sprains and other minor conditions. Occasionally, miraculous results are reported. Reiki also promotes psychological healing, including release of anger, fear, worry, sadness and other unhealthy feelings, and replaces them with self-worth, confidence and tranquility.

What Can Be Treated?

Reiki is both powerful and gentle. In its long history of use it has aided in healing virtually every known illness and injury including serious problems like: multiple sclerosis, heart disease, and cancer as well as skin problems, cuts, bruises, broken bones, headache, colds, flu, sore throat, sunburn, fatigue, insomnia, impotence, poor memory, lack of confidence, etc. It is always beneficial and works to improve the effectiveness of all other types of therapy. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance and has many benefits for both client and practitioner, including altered states of consciousness and spiritual experiences. If a client has a health condition, and wants to be treated with Reiki, it is recommended that they do so under the supervision of an enlightened medical doctor or other health care professional. Reiki will improve the results of all medical treatment, acting to reduce negative side effects, shorten healing

How Our Thoughts Have The Power to Make Us Incredibly Sick Or Positively Healthy

By shatipo 0 Comments

n we really love ourselves everything in our life works. When we come from a place of love, positivity and gratitude we can live much more abundant and vibrant lives. Every thought we think is creating our future and ultimately affecting our health.

Make The Connection
We first need to understand that the body and mind are connected as one unit. We are a complete system. Our thoughts really do have an impact on our physical health. Think about it, have you ever been so angry at something or someone that you felt your heart rate increase or your fists clench or your stomach turn to knots? Or, have you ever been so scared, nervous or upset that you couldn't stop shaking or you felt like you wanted to puke? I bet you have. These are prime examples of a simple thought or emotion creating a physical symptom or sensation in the body. We have thousands of receptors in our bodies that are specific to one peptide or protein. When we have any kind of emotion such as guilt, sadness, happiness, excitement or nervousness they each release their own neuropeptide. If our thoughts and emotions are mainly negative we are basically flooding and priming our cells to receive more of those specific peptides. This in turn lessens the number of receptors for positive-thought peptides which in the long-run moves us toward negativity.

Stress And Our Health
We know stress is a killer, but what is stress? Sometimes it's physical stress, yes, but oftentimes the stress is created in our minds and how we perceive the world. If we live in anger and stress all the time this is negatively impacting our cells. The cells in our bodies regenerate from gene blueprints (epigenetics), so we've learned that negative thoughts and emotions can affect the strands of our DNA to constrict and entangle. We also know that positive, happy and loving thoughts and emotions cause our DNA strands to relax and lengthen. In simple terms, do you want your cells to regenerate on happy thoughts or negative thoughts? Disease and other illnesses will results when errors are made in cell regeneration.

Catch Yourself Saying These Words
As a Homeopath I've studied in depth the words people use to describe situations, feelings and symptoms. It was in my studies at school where I really started to pay attention to what people say and how they say it. Here are some examples of negative things I hear people say:

• My... is KILLING me!
• I HATE when...
• Ew, I'm so ugly!
• Ugh, I'm in a hurry what's taking so long? (said with rage)
• Wow, I'm such an idiot

There are more phrases and gossip-y expressions that are negative but I don't want to get too derogatory here. The two that we really should catch ourselves saying are "(insert something bothersome) is killing me!", and "I hate... ". The words killing and hate are both powerful words. There really is nothing good about either of those words. Road rage is another example, people who experience this type of anger are more likely to have heart attacks, that's just how powerful emotions and words can be on the body. Catch yourself the next time you say any of those words and rephrase it quickly.

How To Be Positively Healthy
In order to heal our bodies we must shift our mindset and our view of the world. We need to understand that not everyone is "out to get us" and not everyone is "trying to hurt or attack us". Come from a place of love in everything that you do even if the other person is angry. It's very difficult for another person to continue to be mad at you if you remain calm and kind. Start realizing that everyone else is living in their own view of the world too. So while someone might freak out in a particular situation don't take it personally, they are most likely perceiving that situation as much more of a threat to them than it is in reality or to you. Always do your best to be kind and loving to strangers, friends and family. Seek out the positive in the situation and remain optimistic even if the situation seems grim. Start saying phrases like:

• I love...
• Please
• Thank you
• It's okay
• I forgive you/myself
• I am grateful for...
• I love and accept myself
• I am beautiful
• I am open to new opportunities
• I am worthy
• I deserve to be healthy and happy

See the difference here from the negative examples? It is much easier to be negative when that becomes your normal but work on positive words and emotions. It takes time but you will feel so much better and your body will respond nicely. You will have less stress in your body so you'll be able to:

• sleep better
• digest easier
• feel calmer
• eliminate heartburn
• have more energy
• lower blood pressure

and more!

It may be difficult to believe that thoughts and emotions play a role in

6 Ways to Stimulate Body Energy

By shatipo 0 Comments

Each individual cells present in or body is responsible for producing energy in our body. But it can only produce energy when it is supplied with the right nutrients. Thankfully there are several supplies that we can take externally that can help to boost the body energy. These might be herbs, vitamins, and several other supplements. So, to gain more energy there are some natural ways that you can follow. They are described underneath:

Control Stress Factors

Stress factors consume huge amounts of energy from our body. This can be lessened by talking to others, visiting a psychotherapist or joining a support group. There are certain relaxation therapies like yoga, meditation, tai-chi and self-hypnosis that are effective to reduce stress causing conditions.

Exercise Regularly

Through exercise, your cells get to burn more energy. Thus, it circulates oxygen because hormones like epinephrine and norepinephrine are released. These can help you feel more energized towards work. So, even if you are not into heavy exercising, simple walking can be good for your health.

Eat and Drink Well

Doctors say that a good habit to retain energy is having small snacks and meals every hour than waiting for the heavy meals thrice a day. You will remain steady because there will be a constant supply of nutrients. This will also reduce chances of fatigue. Dry fruits are also a good alternative for small meals.

Water is an essential thing for life. No matter how much sport drinks you consume water will be required by you. Having enough water can fight fatigue out if the shortness of fluids is fulfilled.

Have a Good Sleep

Avoid sleeping during the day time if you feel sleep deprived. Thus process will help you sleep better and have a sound sleep. This will let you have a relaxing mind.

Limit Alcohol Consumption

Never cross the limits of consuming alcohol. You can always have it occasionally provided that you do not make it a habit or load yourself so much that you lose the sense of good and bad. Again experts say it is better if you can avoid drinking at the midafternoon hours. This is because it has a strong sedative effect during the day.

Avoid Smoking

Smoking is not good health. It causes you insomniac. It is also responsible for speeding the heart rate, raising the blood pressure. Even of you fall asleep the additives power can make you have a feeling of craving and awaken you in between your sleep. Fo

4 Smartphone Apps to Help You Achieve Mindfulness at The Hosptial

By shatipo 0 Comments

Meditation seems to be having a moment in popular culture these days. Everywhere, it feels like the benefits of the ancient practice are being championed: improved concentration, growing self-awareness and yes, even happiness.

The problem is, meditation doesn't come easily to all of us.

It takes a certain effort to be still, centered and mindful, especially in today's non-stop digital age. And when you're accustomed to instant gratification, it can feel frustrating if your meditation goals aren't met immediately.

With patience and practice it can have great benefits. It's a wonderful tool for patients as well as friends and family of those at the hospital.

The good news is you don't have to wake up at dawn or be a yoga aficionado to meditate. Meditation can happen anytime, and anywhere. Though it might sound counter-intuitive, there are many apps that have been developed to do just that:

Calm is a mindfulness meditation app and sleep aid. Operating under a subscription model, the app charges either a monthly or yearly fee for a series of guided meditation exercises, the latter of which also offers a 21-day program for general well-being and a week-long series on sleep. Individual sessions can last anywhere between two and twenty minutes, and "unguided" sessions feature a soothing soundtrack of relaxing music and nature sounds.

Smiling Mind is an app created by an Australian non-profit organization of the same name. The organization hopes to make mindfulness meditation accessible to all, regardless of socio-economic status or geographical location, with a goal of including the subject on the Australian National Curriculum by 2020. Co-created with psychologists and mental health professionals, the app sets itself apart from other, similar offerings, through extra specialization, including offering separate modules for group work (the classroom, the workplace, sports teams).

Headspace is an app developed specifically for meditation in the workplace. Described as a "gym membership for the mind," this app encourages ten minutes of uninterrupted meditation per day -- all of which can happen right behind your desk! It's no secret that finding a health work-life balance can be a struggle. Apps like Headspace are a step in the right direction, making sure you take time for yourself each day.

You don't have to be a transcendent yogi to use the H*nest Meditation app, which claims to provide "mindfulness for the rest of us." Taking a light-hearted and humorous approach, H*nest Meditation peppers its guided sessions with "salty language," making them instantly entertaining and relatable, even for the skeptics out there.

Daily stress, worries and anxieties take their toll on

3 Most Common Mistakes When Creating Your Virtual Retreat

By shatipo 0 Comments

ve you enjoyed the pleasure of leading your first virtual retreat and connecting with your tribe? If yes, you may relate to some of what I share below. If not, may these tips help you find peace and better enjoy leading your retreats.

Virtual Retreats are a powerful way to share your message with more people, peace, and ease. If you are new to virtual retreats, you may appreciate tips about the three most common mistakes people make when creating their first virtual retreat.

1) Workshop or Webinar

So often we plan from what we know. We may have come out of corporate and attended a corporate version of retreat. We may be familiar with webinars as a way of sharing online, or workshops as a way to share on land. Corporate is all about the information and the work, while webinars often focus on sales and conversion. With each of these, the energy, tone, and pace are out of sync with retreat, renewal and deep connection.

#YINBiz Tip: Keep the focus is on transformation. Choose to plan on the being over the doing. Seek to empower inner strengths.

2) Over planning

Whether it be the familiarity with corporate retreat, the belief that you must keep your people busy, or having a fear of not giving enough value, most people over plan their retreats - on land or "c", cyberspace. They include all too many activities, an all-too-detailed script of what they will say and do, and often feel the need to share the equivalent of a binder. Both the retreat leader and the retreat attendees leave the event feeling overwhelmed. Feeling as though leading your virtual retreats is about starting a whole other business.

#YINBiz Tip: K.I.S.S. - Keep It Simple and Sacred. See it as an extension of or complement to what you already know and do. Keep your message alive, take it deeper, make it experiential, or take it to more people. But keep it simple, and focus on the transformation you want for you and your attendees.

3) Overzealous about technology

This one spans the spectrum and it speaks to the plethora of tech choices available to us today. Back in the day, you had an idea, got up the courage, gathered some folks and shared a conference line phone number. Today, you can reproduce almost all but the physical contact of a land event (although with 3rd-party elements, there's room for that too). It is very tempting to go all out. Some folks are really excited and plan their event to take advantage of all the bells and whistles. Others are scared to do so but feel that they "should" because it is available.

#YINBiz Tip: Again, K.I.S.S., Be mindful not to get lost on the learning curve of new technology, which can detract from you being fully present when you lead your virtual retreat. Stay with what you know or are comfortable with, which enhances confidence and connection. This will also help you avoid overspending for time and money which can reduce your R.O.I. - Return On Investment.

The world needs the gifts you share and the gift of retreat. May you realize both and know joy and prosperity in doing so.

5 Steps To Mastering Your Inner Game In Medicine

By shatipo 0 Comments

astering the Inner Game in Medicine is essential to achieving the success you desire while minimizing stress and experiencing life with more calm and ease. The inner game is the conversation you have with yourself when faced with a situation. It is how you process life. It's the filters you apply. It's what makes you feel good or bad as you move throughout life's challenges. Are you focused on the problem or visualizing the solution?

It is understandable if you get discouraged about the future of healthcare. The headlines of hospital downsizing, layoffs and even closures makes anyone squeamish where there was once a sense of career and financial security. Add to that the fact that most physicians have mastered the knowledge and skills of medicine and can't imagine what they would do if faced with a career transition.
Physicians feel a sense of hopelessness in response to the changes in medicine, which is completely natural. However getting stuck there can rob physicians of our power and potential. It keep us feeling stuck and waiting for the other shoe to drop: another layoff, having to do more with limited resources, and physician burnout.

What does the inner game have to do with the changes in healthcare and living a life and career that you desire? Everything! Let's demonstrate with a quick exercise. Go online and read the latest article on hospital budget crisis, nursing shortages, or layoffs. Complete the article then check in with yourself. How do you feel? What thoughts are running through your mind? Write down the top three predominant thoughts and how they make you feel. Do you feel empowered and ready to operate from a place of strength, or do you feel deflated and are looking for another doctor to commiserate with? That's the power of your inner game.

Mastering the inner game in medicine means owning your value, recognizing your strengths so that you can have inner balance and harmony. What are the gifts and talents that you bring to medicine independent of the outside circumstances, the conditions you find yourself, and the financial distress of the institution that employees you? If you've done the exercise above then you've taken the first step in increasing your awareness of the power of the inner game. The more often you play that game the more you heighten your awareness of how often you are giving away your power and potential to your surroundings. Awareness is the first key to reclaiming your power.

5 Steps to Mastering the Inner Game in Medicine:
1. Create a list of the top 5 most common thoughts and conversations that are distracting you from your goals. Most commonly it is the things that physicians complain about and zap your energy.

2. Acknowledge what is not within your power to change in this moment. You may continue to be aware and have conversations about what is not pleasing to you, however the intention is to lessen the energy you give to these issues.

3. Reclaim your energy by focusing on the positive impact you want to make in medicine. Review the list you created in Step 1 and ask yourself what is one thing you could do that would positively impact your life and career now. Maybe you focus on improving the patient experience at your local level. Maybe you explore how to streamline a system so that it functions seamlessly. Maybe you develop a plan to improve staff morale.

4. Energize yourself by taking care of yourself. Physicians are used to taking care of others, often at the expense of themselves. Sometimes we need to say No to things in favor of rest and rejuvenation. Other times, it is a Yes to time with family, friends, and other activities that augment our joy factor.

5. Strategize steps for success. Mastering your inner game is about the commitment to take charge of your thoughts, which will direct how you feel, and determine the actions you will take. A strategy or plan in place makes your results predictable.

In the beginning it will feel like additional work added to an already busy schedule. With time it will become second nature. Then you will notice that you automatically shift your thoughts and perspective to what feels good. That's when you are more often solution focused rather than problem based.

How to Keep Your Mind Sharp

By shatipo 0 Comments

We are distracted by noise, chaos and worrisome thoughts in our everyday life. This results in our mind being less sharp. But there are ways out. What are they? Read on for insights.

Here is a list of tips you could use to sharpen your mind:

1) Listen to melodious music for a short while. Music, if melodious, soothes your mind and relaxes it. In the process listening to music and getting lost in its beats everyday for a short time helps you to sharpen your mind to great lengths. It helps you to think clearly in order to make choices and take actions.

2) Devote your time to reading for an hour or so. Reading pages and pages of a book or novel tires your mind easily. So I would suggest that you keep your reading time to an hour only daily. That way you are able to focus on everyday matter and deal with them actively.

3) Do creative things. You can never run out of creativity. Think of a few things you can do creatively and do them for instance, painting, making handicrafts or plotting a fiction story. Devote your time to them for two hours or so. Creativity helps to unleash your genius but it has another great upside. And that is it helps to sharpen your mind, giving you feelings of immense satisfaction if you care to complete your creative activity for the day.

4) Take a nap. When things don't look too happy for you and you are bogged down with worries, cry but also get yourself an afternoon nap. You will awaken revitalized, fresh and recharged. You are better able to think and take decisions.

5) Have a warm shower in the evening. It not only cleanses you from your daily dust and dirt but also relaxes your mind and body immensely, which enables you to get good sleep at night. That way your point of focus and attention over minute details are very effective during the next day and help you soar throughout the day.

6) Have 7-8 hours of sleep every night. Doing this rejuvenates you from your day's labor, work, worries and anxieties. You are able to use your mind at laser focus and your body will be functioning efficiently as well. Together with your sharp mind and a healthy body, you thrive throughout the day and this gives you immense joy and bliss.

Golden tip: Put a drop of honey into a full glass of water and drink it. It is like a magic pill. You will be mentally aware and alert throughout the day.

Summing up, those are some of the tips you could use everyday to make your mind sharp so that you can think clearly and make brilliant daily choices.

I'm Lying Every Day

By shatipo 0 Comments

use I have a chronic illness, I'm forced to lie every single day. When you see people at work or at the grocery store or when you see a neighbor out front, our standard greeting nowadays is usually some form of "how are you?". It's at this point that I'm forced to lie, for everybody's benefit. For the person asking, they certainly don't want to hear how I'm actually doing. How am I supposed to convey the enormity of how this illness affects me every single day of my life? How can I explain the impact of how I feel physically, mentally, and emotionally? How should I explain my life to them when they simply asked me to be nice, as a social greeting? For my own benefit, I'd like to continue to see that person and make small talk after today, so I will continue to lie and say "Fine, how are you?".

Then there are closer relationships that we have, like our family and friends. Those more familiar with our illness probably know at least a little bit about it; they've done some homework and know the signs and symptoms. These are the people in my life that ask me more detailed questions like "are you hurting today with the rain?" or "do you want me to drop you off at the door today?". I feel like I owe these people a bit more honesty, but only a little bit. My family and friends have indicated that they are genuinely interested in my well-being and want to know how I'm doing and I appreciate that. Because of that, I'll share a little bit more. I will acknowledge that my joints or muscles are aching or that I have a fever or I'm in pain and I will accept their offers of being dropped off or carrying my packages. I will even, on my bad days when I simply don't want to talk to anybody, acknowledge in a text that I'm having a bad day (so that I don't have to have a conversation). If pushed, I will talk about specific symptoms or I'll throw out a comment or two, but it's typically in an effort to pacify them. While I appreciate the effort, I find it very difficult to be honest with even these people, the people I love the most. Why? Because they shouldn't know everything; I don't want them to know everything. They will be sympathetic, but also feel sorry for me. They will try to understand, but they can't and I don't want them to. We try to protect the people we love from the reality of our lives. Every now and then, I will have a moment where I am unable to hide my difficulties and I will cry or explain how I'm feeling, but I try to keep these moments few and far apart. They should not have to think about, let alone worry about, these things that I deal with daily. It doesn't accomplish anything. I try to remain the person that I've always been, both for myself and for them.

Lastly, I lie to myself every day. I wake up in the morning and convince myself that I'm feeling good and that I'm going to accomplish so much! I have great expectations of being able to do everything that I want to do. I'm going to do some housework, I'm going to walk, I'm going to eat right, I'm going to do some kind of mindfulness and I'm going to remain positive. In reality, I'm going to do a fraction of these things. However, I'm going to remain upbeat and positive and be grateful for the things that I AM able to do. If I allowed myself to be honest, I couldn't handle it. I CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH. I am simply incapable of waking up in the morning knowing that I will never be able to do everything that I want to do. I cannot wake up and acknowledge the fact that I will only be able to do certain things based on how I feel, not just that day, but literally from hour to hour. Most of all, I can't deal with the emotional and mental toll that this takes on me. To be consumed by thoughts of what if, what now, what does this mean, am I okay, feeling sorry for myself, feeling guilty for feeling sorry for myself... it's exhausting! So if the physical limitations and pain don't take you down, the rest of it will. So yes, I lie to myself every single day. I tell myself that I will get all of these things done, that I'm going to feel good today, that I'm not going to think about any of it, that I'm going to remain positive. If I didn't lie to myself, I would break and I cannot allow that to happen. I'm going to do everything that I am able to do today and I'm going to be happy with that. I'm going to bed tonight in the hopes that I can get enough rest to do it again tomorrow. Tomorrow morning I'm going

Living Without Regret

By shatipo 0 Comments

ink we all live with regret. Every day. Some of us are hard-wired to suffer from it more than others, I believe, but we all have it. From the easy things in life (like that extra cup of coffee or piece of cheesecake) to the harder things in life (like choices we've made about more important things).

We make decisions all day long, from the time we wake up to the time we fall asleep. We make a decision about getting out of bed at all! Most of our decisions are easily made, either because they're not that important or because we make them out of habit with really not much thought at all.

It's those decisions that come back and bite us that I want to talk about. I like to think that we all make important decisions consciously, with the best outcome in our mind. Unfortunately, even the most well-thought-out decisions don't always have good consequences. It's in those instances that we tend to beat ourselves up the most. We think to ourselves that "had I done this differently" or "if only I had done that instead" until we become immersed in the mindset that it is our own fault that things worked out the way they did. Then you feel guilt and regret! Someone told me once that it's arrogant to think like this. What makes us think that OUR decisions and actions are the sole reason that things turn out the way they do? When I thought about it like that, I actually felt much better about the situation that I was dealing with. I'm hoping it may help you out as well.

Another mantra that I found helpful is to repeat the following: The past is over and I did the best I could at the time. I found the "at the time" part to be especially important. We can't go back in time and change the circumstances, so we have to accept it as it was. We may not like the way we behaved back then or we may wish we had done something different. You might hope that you would do things differently should it happen again. The reality, though, is that it DID happen the way it happened and that's the part that you have to learn to accept. We're not perfect and we cannot expect ourselves to always do what we hoped we would do.

This is SO powerful! I think we all carry guilt along with regret when we believe that we could have or should have done something differently. This statement, repeated over time, allows us to forgive ourselves and

Happiness Is A State Of Consciousness

By shatipo 0 Comments

piness is a state of consciousness, a state of being, and is determined solely by our will to manifest it, experience it, enjoy it, and share it. Happiness is intrinsic; it is an inner dimension, one of the subtle levels of existence, one of the cornerstones of our being. Simply because it is what makes us being where and what we are, doing what we do. If we are what we are, it is because we are happy to be it, do it, and so on. Otherwise, we would do something else. The point is to determine our level of happiness, our happiness quotient, and the individual and personal happiness quotient depends on how much we can disconnect from external agents, from the things we project and on which we put the whole of our attention. The happiness quotient is inversely proportional to the quotient of attachment. Our happiness quotient is determined by our capacity for freedom, how we are about to free ourselves and dissociate from things and external agents. There are two types of happiness, the conditioned and unconditional ones.

Conditioned happiness depends on something outside us, such as toys, gifts, people, situations, money. Being conditioned means that when we have the object of desire, we are happy and joyful, the world is ours and our self-esteem is at the stars. When, however, for one reason or another, the object of desire is removed or somehow disappears, immediately our self-esteem falls, we return to being unhappy, ill-tempered and unlucky. This kind of relative happiness is subject to the highs and lows of the apparent outer world and is not in our power. We can not determine it beyond a certain limit, and we can not keep it beyond a certain limit. In fact, such happiness makes us slaves; slaves of the object, person, situation; slaves of whatever is the cause and source of our happiness. Such happiness is clearly desirable - it is certainly better than no happiness - but still in a relative way. At the same time, keeping the awareness that this is not a lasting happiness is fundamental; it is not a lasting happiness and, above all, not in our hands.

Unconditional happiness is an intrinsic state of being, a level of consciousness that does not need anything and no one to subsist; it is grounded in itself. In fact, we need nothing and no one to be happy and nothing and no one can take it away because it has no cause, no motivation, and no attachment. Unconditional happiness radiates from within us, because it is a gene of our DNA, the gene of happiness. This gene, when activated, makes us happy always. If we are not happy, it is simply because our gene of happiness is dormant, and therefore needs to be revived, or disintegrated by the weight of infinite unrealistic desires, in which case there is no short-term hope. The ignition button of our gene of happiness is right in front of our eyes and is already on; we just have to stop paying attention to our dreams and observe, instead, who is watching everything there is.

Changing Your Preferences Thanks To The Meaning Of Your Dreams

By shatipo 0 Comments

lse methods of dream interpretation of the world are based on what seems to make sense according to the selfish and ignorant logic of our conscience.

Carl Jung's method of dream interpretation accurately translates the unconscious words in dreams, showing us the dream logic and how God judges our behavior.

I completed Jung's work to help you understand how you can offer resistance to the absurdity of your terrible anti-conscience.

God's words in your dreams are unpleasant when you are making dangerous mistakes, but they help you feel better when you are doing what is positive for you.

After transforming your personality you will have positive dreams about your progress. In the beginning of your treatment you have many bad dreams, but as you understand your mistakes and you correct your behavior, you have dreams that show you that now you know how to have a wise attitude.

You stop acting like an inconsequential animal. You learn how to control your behavior and always have appropriate reactions.

You understand the importance of goodness and love. You also understand the importance of morality and justice.

So, in the end of your difficult and unpleasant process of transformation you become a better person and you are able to find authentic happiness.

However, this is not enough. You still must completely eliminate your satanic anti-conscience through consciousness by following God's guidance in your dreams until you will become a saint.

You will obviously translate the meaning of your dreams even after attaining sanctity, since they contain God's words. The fact that you can understand His words in your dreams is a privilege.

God's messages save our spirit from eternal hell and they help you find peace, sound mental health, love, and happiness.

You have information about many things you ignore, including the meaning of death. Your dreams help you prevent a premature death.

You cannot really evaluate the importance of this information, since it surpasses the level of the material life. The meaning of death belongs to your spiritual reality.

The knowledge you acquire by translating the meaning of your dreams helps you understand God's philosophy of life and agree with God, even when your selfish ego disagrees with His wisdom.

You must obey God's guidance instead of doing what your selfish ego desires. Your idiotic ego is a victim of your satanic anti-conscience.

Your anti-conscience is huge and it is very powerful. Its elimination is not a simple matter. You must remember the battle against your evil self during all moments of life, until you will finally manage to eliminate its traces.

Only then will you really understand the importance of your spiritual purification.

Until today you believed that you should care about how to live well on earth. Today you know that you must focus on trying to become a better person, and not on having material pleasures.

If you won't stop having a satanic anti-conscience during your life you will suffer a lot more while you are alive, for numerous reasons, and also after death.

Even if you won't have serious mental health problems you will make many mistakes, and at a certain point you can acquire a severe mental illnesses. This danger never stops threatening you while you have a satanic anti-conscience.

You never know when you will be forced to face the consequences of your mistakes.

So, you must focus on eliminating your anti-conscience by following the guidance you have in your dreams, and you must truly desire to attain sanctity and imitate God's behavior.

You must prefer to become a superior human being and have a meaningful life building a better world, while you also prepare a better life for your spirit after death.

Christina Sponias continued Carl Jung's research into the human psyche, discovering the cure for all mental illnesses, and simplifying the

Clean Your Mind of Brain-Washed Ideas and Increase Your Intelligence

By shatipo 0 Comments

again people report that they can't sleep. Tossing and turning in bed throughout the night the brain races with thoughts charging like speed-cars through pathways as the brain tries desperately to make sense of them. It happens to all of us and only some can master the way to stop it. This is an exercise I went through as my thoughts took on the strength of reality and the racing around ceased.

My birth followed my reincarnation and the memory of passing from one life to the next via the Spirit of the Universe, to which I maintained a link. From day one of this life everything is recalled including the flat we lived in up until I was three weeks old.

Then there was the other language that maintained the link with the Spirit and prevented others from interfering with it. On reaching the age of 8 years my father thought I should learn the violin and that is when my life changed. Attending a Catholic school added to the confusion as each day brought more brain-washing and requirement to accept the system.

It did not go down well as my mind constantly needed to focus on what the Spirit was telling me but lessons and friends got in the way. That's about when my mind started racing around making it hard to maintain the contact.

At the age shown to me between lives, that of 45 years, the Spirit came upon me and gave me the commission to remove the wall of blindness. The next two decades at least were taken up with a learning curve that provided answers about where from the religious food had come. The lessons involved the role of make-believe and fiction in blocking the Spirit.

As it purified my thoughts the little speed-cars stopped racing around and sleep became the peaceful place of refreshing and renewal that it is meant to be. The year was 1984 when this period of my life started and since then it has been my place to teach how those with a spiritual link can clean their brains of the rubbish pumped into them by a dishonest world.

Sleep is important as it brings peace and healing to the body. When it is a chaotic mess of confused thoughts the dirt of the day washes into the cells and create disease and a place for bacteria to grow. This garden of stress is filled with rocks of contamination and a soil of toxic substances that work to sever links with reality.

Those who cotton on to this message may have felt dirty when watching a film, reading a fictional book, even looking at celebrities. This feeling has then alerted them to come away from the danger and to purify their minds.

It can also bring about a bad taste in the mouth as a suggestion that what we eat mentally affects our physical body. To achieve perfect peace and harmony between the Spirit of the Universe and our minds we must learn how to rid them of the brain-washing and, by so doing, increased intelligence and ability to see reality is the reward.

What We Eat Mentally Affects Our Physical Body

By shatipo 0 Comments

the onslaught of globalisation and instant communication people are absorbing the evils of the world at a greater rate than ever before. Where once there was time to think about what we took in mentally it is now almost unnoticeable as it can happen in a second or less. Television, the Internet, and smart phones are occupying our time while flashes of information pass before our eyes as sparks in the universe.

Every spark has the potential to start a fire in the compost of our dreams. They can outweigh emotions and send us on a tangent that is completely different to the path we were on. Unless we are strong enough mentally to ward them off we will fall victim to the aim of their makers.

This is what the world has become. It is ruled by an insanity of dreams, conflicts, make-believe, and their consequences. It is governed by the things designed to pull us apart mentally and test our resolve to reconnect with our roots.

What am I talking about? The best explanation concerns my reincarnation and link to the Universal Spirit. It fills all of space and is in each one of us driving and guiding us to our end. Not one has independent thought or actions but we are a collecting body of the forces of creation.

Some have been chosen and are led in a different manner because of their link to the Spirit. They neither lie nor can accept lies. They ward off the sparks of make-believe and earthly ideals like water from a duck's back. They are content and peaceful enough in their ways that only the Almighty can stir them into action.

Others, however, are like pins on a bowling alley Anything that strikes them will be a hit. They take in the filth of the world and they absorb the sparks to warm their cockles. They treat others as fodder and many will destroy in a pitch for greatness.

The question is, therefore, why has God made humans to be so diverse in nature, character, and behaviour. The answer lies in the plan laid down from the start to bring some to the glory of spiritual power and they are growing in a garden of weeds, prickles, and rocks to test them.

"For they prophesy a lie unto you, to remove you far from your land, and that I should drive you out, and ye should perish." Jeremiah 27:10

This is what has happened to the world. Lies, make-believe, and sparks of unsubstantiated lights are driving people away from reality. Only those strong enough to withstand them are growing with strength and will be there are the harvest.

Our physical body responds to what we eat mentally and only when we seek the truth

'Unwash' Your Brain and See the Power of Reality

By shatipo 0 Comments

seem to be the wrong word to use to describe the act of cleaning the brain of the input of years of directive thoughts. From the first days of life one is directed by what the world wants you to do or be. Even in the crib there is input from parents and others and the noise of the world, that drifts uncontrollably into it. Music, commercials, adult talk, and above all religious convictions work to rob you of the power to be yourself.

Over the years the input increases with learning during school years, peer pressure which takes its toll, the influence of celebrities, and the media. In today's world the television is drifting into the background as smart phones replace it for entertainment.

How much, therefore, is anyone's brain part of their own psyche? Are we not a product of the world? People from the same locations usually speak of the same things as evidence that they are 'controlled' by their environment. Naturally what affects one in a society usually affects all. But does it have to be? Can one think unique thoughts and be accepted?

Society is ruled by fear and that usually involves dismissing anyone who appears different. Be that in thought, mood, or deed. Leaving aside race, creed, and colour an honest person will know what this is asking them to do. Strip away the need for outside influence and think beyond the norm.

Turn off the television, shut out the music, refuse the noise of the world and think from within. Let the thoughts flow and the purity of them be your truth. This is an exercise many do on a daily basis by meditating. But what happens if you do it constantly all day long.

Following my reincarnation my mind was focused on a job ahead. Listening to what the world has to say and taking part in it as much as possible the learning experience was profound. The Universal Spirit, the real God, spoke to me inside and asked me to remove the wall of deceit before its people.

That wall is composed of the dreams and thoughts of others that have poured out like cement to mortar together the bricks of ancestral practices. What was laid down then has become the rocks of the establishment.

To make people conform organisations learned the tricks of brain-washing from a young age and how to channel the pathway before us into something that best suits them. Layer after layer of the same was added until the wall has become too high, wide, and deep for anyone to penetrate.

What this has done is to put people off trying to think for themselves. They tamper with new ideas and dismiss them as being too against the establishment to be worthwhile. That is how humans have become sheep-like in their behaviour. Unless they have a leader to follow who can take the blame if something goes wrong they shrink back into their shell.

It takes confidence and will-power to stand up and declare something as far out as memory of reincarnation or a link to the Spirit when one knows that this is against what others believe. But how do you know? Since my work began it has been an amazing journey to discover how many are seeking answers that cannot be satisfied by the world's standards.

When relating my experience of reincarnation and link to the Spirit many have remarked that this is a brave thing to do. It went over my head, however, as I think of it as a natural thing and one that people need to know.

The question is how many are on the cusp of washing their brains of the input of the years of their life and accepting knowledge and power from something they never expected. The Spirit has been waiting for its people to cotton on to the things written here and to turn from the false gods and worldly noise

How To Prevent Bad Outcomes

By shatipo 0 Comments
believe you are intelligent, but the truth is that you make many foolish mistakes. Your dreams try to help you understand your mistakes and become more intelligent.

Even if you are an excellent student and you are very intelligent in your work, you surely make many mistakes in your personal life.

You are proud of yourself even if you are not intelligent and even if you are completely ignorant. You believe that you know many things and you are able to understand your reality, regardless of how rudimentary your thoughts could be.

You don't want to verify that you act like a mentally retarded in many ways, but this is indispensable for the preservation of your mental health. You have to stop making foolish mistakes that have many bad consequences, and learn how to always do what is positive for you and will help you evolve.

Since you have inherited a satanic anti-conscience, which is constantly trying to destroy your conscience, you must stop following the misleading thoughts sent by your anti-conscience to your conscience with the intention to destroy your capacity to think logically, and learn how to develop your conscience.

The big irony that marks your life is exactly the fact that your evil self is your worst enemy. You must offer resistance to the absurd and evil thoughts of your evil self.

Your anti-conscience is a part of yourself. It is not someone else, but the truth is that it is someone else, since it is a demon. It is not a human being. Your anti-conscience is your wild conscience; your primitive self. So, you must offer resistance to your own thoughts, even thought they are not really yours.

This is a complicated matter.

You have many lessons and explanations in your dreams in order to understand how your anti-conscience is influencing your thoughts and your behavior because you don't understand its interventions. When you are controlled by your anti-conscience you do things that are bad for you, without understanding this fact.

The fact that you have a satanic anti-conscience means that you are constantly induced to be evil, even though you cannot detect this imposition in your thoughts from the beginning.

Whenever you are evil you make many foolish mistakes, and then you face their tragic consequences. So, your anti-conscience can easily destroy your conscience through craziness and despair.

You make foolish mistakes in numerous situations, for numerous reasons. Your anti-conscience always is the background, generating dangerous problems, but you cannot see that it is responsible for your suffering.

Your anti-conscience is an invisible enemy that pretends to be 'you' whereas it is a primitive part of yourself that has no human feelings and has no intention to help you in any way. It wants to mislead you, and replace your ego.

Your satanic anti-conscience wants to live in terror. It doesn't want to be tamed by your conscience and become a human being. So, it misleads your conscience with the intention to destroy it, while it pretends that it is helping you.

You must fight the demon in order to preserve your conscience. This is why God sends you important messages in your dreams, showing you its tricks.

The fact that you receive intelligent and helpful messages in your dreams when you translate their meaning according to the scientific method of dream interpretation means that God is alive.

God works as a private psychotherapist for you. He is always trying to help you save your conscience with the information He sends you in your dreams.

The fact that today you know that a demon is constantly attacking your conscience means that you can finally understand how serious you must be in order to become really human.

All the mistakes you make in life are imposed by your anti-conscience.

The demon pretends to be you, but it is your worst enemy. You must learn how to recognize its characteristics and how to transform your wild conscience into a positive component of your human conscience thanks to God's guidance in your dreams.

Otherwise, you will fall into one of your anti-conscience's traps.

God created a beautiful but dangerous planet for you in order to show you your mistakes and your mental health problems into practice, giving you many examples.

You must realize that God created a planet where many animals kill other animals because He had to reflect your absurdity and evilness in your environment. The wild nature is the nature of your satanic anti-conscience.

You have to learn how to become more intelligent and avoid all traps before making tragic mistakes imposed by your satanic anti-conscience, which will make you and many other people suffer.

In order to avoid making mistakes you must be very careful. If you are indifferent and you are distracted by something else, you cannot prevent bad outcomes.

Your dreams help you understand how you must behave.

Why We Live - The Purpose Over the Earth

By shatipo 0 Comments

ut. We are born to work, suffer, and serve, and when it's over we die. During the course of life, we are often happy, sometimes sad, we suffer pain and loss, and we are either successful in our minds or we regret the opportunities that never came our way. Some may incur depression while others have lives of misery. Others still are born into wealth and have everything laid on but most are poor.

Adding to the challenges are the trials inflicted by disease, famine, drought, war, and so on. Many leave their homeland to find riches elsewhere while some are forced out due to war and loss of security. Some bear children who may die while others live full and happy lives.

It doesn't matter how or what they become the ultimate destination is death and there we are equal. The emotional make-up of each is there to rip us apart when sorry overtakes the frame or to express anger and hate that affects those around us. Some die young and others live to a ripe old age, which in these times is being stretched often beyond a hundred years.

So what is the purpose of life and why the secrets surrounding it? My reincarnation and link to the Spirit of the Universe gave me insight into some of them. To begin with we have all reincarnated and according to the bible it has happened at least six times (Job 5:19-21). That means that there is no heaven or hell and that all religions are wrong.

The Spirit is the real God and it created everything and fills all of space. It is the little voice inside that often speaks to us. It guides and directs our path and it has made some spiritual and others to be the test for that link. Those who grow strong in their connection to God are called the Children of Israel. They are also referred to as the vineyard (Isaiah 5:4,6)

Vineyards produce wine and spirits. In order to grow they need manure, weeds, soil, and other things that are essential. They include wind and rain and the Spirit provides both through the link.

We are now at the end of the day when things will simply cease to be. This may happen through wars, which are already threatening. Prophecy tells us that the dead will stretch from one end of the earth to the other and be as dung upon the ground (Jeremiah 25:33).

Prophecies also tell us of God's anger towards those who oppose the Spirit and put up false gods and prophets to entrap the spiritual within their walls of deceit. Those who free themselves from the prison and listen to the voice within will be saved forever.

To make this happen the Spirit provided the two beasts of Revelation 13 to rule over the day. One of these is Constantine who is the Assyrian and the one with the number 666. He he is being removed now that his identity is known and the religion of his creation, that of the Catholic Church, is exposed as fake. The Spirit promised that at this time:

"I will break the Assyrian... then shall his yoke depart from off them, and his burden... from off their shoulders. This is the purpose that is posed

How To Become A Saint And Find Authentic Happiness

By shatipo 0 Comments

he meaning of dreams was distorted by many impostors, but now that the scientific method of dream interpretation discovered by Carl Jung became so clear after my simplifications and the complementation of his work, everyone can verify that this is the only method that accurately translates the dream messages, giving us superior knowledge.

The meaning of dreams surpasses our expectations. When we translate our dreams according to the scientific method of dream interpretation we have truthful information about our mental condition, the future, and many other matters.

The special information found in dreams confirms the existence of God and also the existence of Satan. It explains the meaning of life and the meaning of death, besides explaining the formation of mental disorders and how they can be cured.

Now that the satanic origin of our conscience was discovered we must learn how to stop being violent and immoral and attain sanctity in order to stop being mentally ill.

We believe that sanctity is something unpleasant and more than unattainable, but the truth is that sanctity is sound mental health and spiritual perfection. Sanctity is wisdom and goodness.

Therefore, the truth is that only sanctity can help us find authentic happiness.

Now that we can clearly understand the meaning of dreams we can follow a process of transformation through dream translation and attain sanctity in a shorter period of time.

This process is indispensable because our satanic anti-conscience is constantly trying to destroy the human conscience we receive from God in order to fight the absurdity imposed by the demon that lives in our brain.

We are terrible sinners. This is why we commit crimes.

What we believe to be normal is in fact abnormal. Our absurdity is more than vast because we are evil, and evilness generates absurdity.

The information sent by God in our dreams helps us clearly understand the meaning of morality because our mental stability depends on this knowledge.

We must prefer to become wise and sensitive human beings instead of having the behavior of cruel and immoral demons.

What distinguishes rational animals from irrational ones is not their intelligence.

We differ from irrational animals because of our sensitivity, our moral sense, our goodness, our compassion, and our sense of justice.

Cold reasoning is inhuman.

Thoughts without feelings are responsible for the creation of bombs and guns. These thoughts are killing the human race, and also killing all animals and plants. They are blocking our development with their narrow-minded limit. They are ruining the global ecosystem, destroying our planet, and poisoning our spirit.

We must learn how to think based on goodness and wisdom and solve all problems without causing more problems to the already problematic world.

God shows us in our dreams how we can stop making mistakes and become wise and sensitive human beings, able to find peace, love, and authentic happiness.

We mix good and evil because we are absurd, but the truth is that we must completely eliminate what is evil from our brain and from the world.

Evilness always is harmful and dangerous.

We must stop believing that we are smart when we are evil. Whenever we are evil we are in fact victims of our satanic anti-conscience.

We must desire to respect God's justice. God's moral rules and His warnings in dreams show us how we must behave in order to become perfect human beings.

How Tightly Closed Are Closed Minds?

By shatipo 0 Comments

hen people stick their head in the sand and refuse to look around and see what they are missing the world is passing them by. But when they are told something that to others makes sense but they cannot be persuaded against their beliefs they are said to have a closed mind. That, unfortunately, is the case with the majority of the world's population and it continues to astound me when reality passes them by.

Latching onto what they consider is a 'good idea' many will stick to it to the end. That is because they cannot reason another solution and the one that came first is usually their beacon for life.

This problem arises among religious cohorts. While the New Testament promotes things that are untrue the stories therein stand in their minds as they are brain-washed into them. Many think Christians are too narrow-minded in their approach to God and that they are so-so about biblical truth. This would be my assessment also and for good reason.

With memory of reincarnation and one who has studied the bible from cover to cover and back again, the outstanding feature about the book on which they base their allegiance is that it's a fake. One can only believe either the one God of the Old Testament or the Trinity God of the New. There can be no acceptance of both unless one is blind or has a closed mind.

It's not only religious people who have this condition, however, because people tend to believe in what they experience themselves and in little else. Unless they have memory of a previous life they dismiss it as fanciful. There is no real way around it because either one can accept it or reject it. It would seem that there are many who do accept it in Australia, which promotes free thought.

This puts the problem at the feet of those who are from countries where freedom of expression is forbidden. It is the people of those regions where the most closed or impenetrable minds reside. That is because the leaders refuse to allow outside influences to penetrate the barrier they maintain in order to keep the status quo.

It is people from those places whose minds are the most tightly closed of all because they have never been allowed free thought. This is not a condition of their choosing but of the authority over them, and it is the same in religions where brain-washing creates the same conditions.

3 Steps for Women In Medicine To Have A Stress-Free Day

By shatipo 0 Comments

or women in medicine there are many things we have to accomplish each day before our first patient encounter. That means we spend most of our time reacting to what's happening instead of being intentional. This is not the goal for doctors, nurse practitioners, or nurses who want to avoid stress, worry, frustration and feeling out of control. When you are intentional, you decide in advance the qualities you desire for your day. Rather than succumb to the stress of heavy traffic on your commute, worrying about arriving to work on time, and the number of patients scheduled for the day, you can set an intention to have a day of ease and flow. My clients understand the importance of staging your day. Here's what I mean:

1. Before you leave work the night before, get a handle on what is on your schedule for the following day. What's on your calendar that must be done? What are the priorities for the next day? What is on the schedule that is not essential for you to do that you can delegate to someone else on your team? From this vantage point you will focus on the items that are most important. This not only decreases stress, it lets you use your time more efficiently. Mapping out the next day gives you some room to breathe.

2. When you wake up, set clear intentions about your day before you even leave home so that your commute to the hospital or office is easy, effortless and stress free. If you are a woman in medicine with a family, you have experienced the stress of managing more than one schedule at a time. You may be juggling your spouse's deadlines and your children's activities in addition to your own. It is easy to feel overwhelmed when you are the primary organizer in your home. Identify how you want to feel as you move throughout you day and then declare it. When you are feeling out of sorts, remind yourself of your morning declaration.

3. Once you get to work, I recommend that my clients spend 5 minutes setting an intention - this is before reviewing email, checking patient charts, or responding to a colleague. It is the first thing you do when you get to the office. Once you've completed that step, it is time to meet with your team. Start the team meeting by taking 5 minutes to set a team intention. What are you working on? What do you need from me? What will you commit to doing today?

Now, you are ready to see your patients and expect the best from each patient interaction.

Fitness in the Mind and Body

By shatipo 0 Comments

We are all aware of the advantages of a positive mindset and a healthy body and many people persistently read endless articles on both subjects and do exactly nothing. Continuing to remain inactive and just sitting in front of a TV is not the way to conduct your life. In cases like this, the kitchen is hardly used and reading to improve the mind is much less of a priority than catching up on the activities in the latest soaps.

Nothing can be achieved without effort but by making things happen you are investing in your body and the returns can be far greater than anything you will see on Wall Street! For the sake of putting aside just a few hours a week, the image in your mirror will become far more acceptable and friends and family members will actually seek your advice.

From developing a positive attitude to eating healthily and getting a few hours exercise a week, you will be as pleased to check your bank statements as you will be to look in the mirror. It is all about self-esteem and the way you feel about yourself, and when others start to take notice of the change in you, your confidence will SOAR!

Everybody is faced with some sort of adversity in their everyday life but it is how it is handled that determines how positive you have become. If you remain a couch potato then problems will mean stress. However, a positive person will face the problem and make the decision to address it head on which will equate to less stress and less strain on your heart.

Since the heart is the most important organ in the body it must be taken care of, maintaining a healthy lifestyle and ensuring that you consume your five a day could ensure that your local hospital is a building that you drive past rather than visit on a regular basis!

Do not become a member of the "have got to die one day" brigade because stating the obvious is pointless. It is your well-being that matters and this depends entirely on you and the decisions and effort you make to get the most from life.

Sitting for hours on end not only plays havoc with physical health it provides your mind time to work overtime and dwell on problems. When this occurs, negativity can begin to take over.

Activity promotes a positive mindset so instead of worrying about things that seem impossible to resolve set yourself a few goals to tackle the problems, one-by-one. Goals made with the correct mindset can shape a future

Our Full Potential

By shatipo 0 Comments

er for us to manifest our fullest potential in life, we must care for both our physical and spiritual selves. I haven't always felt this way. When I was nineteen years old, I had an out-of-body experience sitting in a college class that changed my life forever. Without any warning, I saw myself looking down at the classroom from the ceiling. Before that incident, I thought I knew who I was. I identified myself as a student, a female, a friend, an employee and a sister. I did not know anything about my non-physical self. I was startled in that moment that I saw myself and others from a vantage point floating above my body. I discovered firsthand that I am much more than my physical self. With this new awareness came an added responsibility to care for both my spiritual self as well as my physical body.

I mention this because as a psychic, I spend a good deal of time tapping into the invisible realms, meditating and consciously expanding outward from my physical self. I have learned that to be the best psychic I can be, I must also be grounded in my physical body, feel healthy and have a high energy level. My work depends upon it. In addition to food, sleep and exercise, my body requires regular tune-ups like a car. Some of the methods I use to maintain my health and well-being are: chiropractic care, acupuncture, massage, reiki, yoga, aerobics and weight training. These practices combined with healthy food, regular rest, meditation, prayer and self-reflection support me in tuning up my physical vehicle for optimum performance.

Another aspect of nurturing my well-being is tending to my intuitive nature. In order to experience the higher realms, I must feel grounded in my body. One of the first exercises I learned at a psychic school back in 1978 was to ground myself. To be grounded means that I am present in the moment and not "checked out" dwelling on some mental/emotional drama from the past or worrying about the imagined future. When I am grounded in the present moment, I feel my feet underneath me, I am aware of my breath and I am relaxed and at ease in the moment. There is an openness in my energy field and a sense of being connected to the divine. The technique I learned was to send a grounding cord down to the center of the earth from my hip area and to pull up from Mother Earth a feeling of being rooted and safe and strong. I also was taught to use this cord as a releasing tool to let go of any inharmonious thoughts or feelings by sending them down the cord to be transmuted into light at the center of the Earth and then pulling up into my heart feelings of peace, harmony and presence.

The benefit of being grounded is that we can perform any duties or complete any tasks more fully because we are fully present. When we ground ourselves, we invite the non-physical aspect of whom we are to be embodied fully into our humanness. There is a special power in being rooted and grounded in the body. It permits us to stand in our center and feel our strengths and gifts and then bring them out into the world with confidence and ease. In these auspicious changing times, paying attention and standing rooted in the present moment are important practices to develop. Here is an example. After I have had a chiropractic adjustment, massage or acupuncture appointment, my physical being feels more peaceful, strong and energized. I am breathing more deeply and I am more in touch with my body. These tune-up methods enable me to hold more psychic energy when I do my readings. When I am physically present and acutely aware of the moment, I am able to add clarity and precision to my sessions because my tuning instrument- my body- is in a healthy and aligned state of being. You too will be able to expand your potential as you get more grounded.

We have the opportunity to value both our physical and spiritual well-being equally and take care of ourselves with healthy choices. We are not just these physical bodies. We are so much more! Our spiritual selves continue after the change called death but, in the meantime, we can enjoy our humanness and live happy and healthy lives in bodies that are tuned-up and functionally optimal, while being brightly connected to our souls.

The Tragic Truth And The Solution For Humanity

By shatipo 0 Comments

though we know that our organism already produces everything we need, we believed that dreams were useless and meaningless images produced by our imagination.

The truth is that all dreams have a protective function, exactly like the pain we feel in our body when there is a problem with our organism.

Today we know that the unconscious mind is the dream producer and not our imagination.

We also know that the unconscious mind discovered by Carl Jung is God's mind, and that Carl Jung's method of dream interpretation accurately translates God's words in dreams, since I simplified and clarified his work after discovering the existence of a primitive conscience in our brain, which has satanic characteristics.

We are in fact terrible demons with a tiny human conscience. This description seems to be offensive for the human being, but now that the evil content hidden into the unknown region of the human psyche was discovered we must humbly recognize the truth.

The horrors of the world and our indifference to these horrors prove that we really have a satanic nature.

Our goodness is false, temporary, and it depends on the advantages we will have, either directly or indirectly.

The human race is far from being composed by creatures that have a human heart. We are in fact selfish vampires with a human face. This description corresponds to the truth, even though it seems to be very offensive, especially because we are proud of our intelligence, besides being basically idiotic.

This truth was discovered thanks to the continuation of Carl Jung's research and the information found in dreams. Our human conscience is a thin cover that hides a terrible demon, which occupies the biggest part of our brain.

All dreams try to help our conscience eliminate the demon (our satanic anti-conscience) through consciousness.

We are incorrigible demons that don't want to stop being violent, but God manages to help us understand the importance of goodness thanks to His explanations in dreams.

We can stop being monsters, find sound mental health, and attain sanctity when we obey God's guidance because God makes miracles. Otherwise, we would never be able to stop being violent.

We must be more than grateful because God managed to discover the power of goodness and He is sharing His wisdom with us, even though we are incorrigible demons and we don't want to learn His lessons.

Most dreams reflect:

* Our absurdity

* Our evilness

* Our stupidity and your mistakes

* The dangers that are threatening our mental health and our future

We live in order to eliminate our anti-conscience and become really human, so that we may attain sanctity and stop being crazy demons. This is a very strange statement, but it explains a scientifically proven truth. We really are cruel and selfish.

This shocking scientific discovery proves that Satan exists, since it occupies the biggest part of our brain.

The religions of the world were created by God with the intention to cure our mental illnesses and help us stop being absurd and evil.

All dreams have a therapeutic effect because God sends us in dream messages the information we need in order to be able to understand the real meaning of goodness.

Our conscience must tame and transform the demon that lives in our brain into a human being by obeying God's guidance in our dreams and in our religion.

All dreams give us specific explanations about our mental health problems, showing us how we can acquire sound mental health and become brilliant human beings.

Christina Sponias continued Carl Jung's research into the human psyche, discovering the cure for all mental illnesses, and simplifying the scientific method of

Spiritual Renewal on the Go

By shatipo 0 Comments

eptember, I find, is often a very busy time that follows the relaxation of summer. There is a push in the air that I feel more than the rest of the year. A brisk motivating breeze to get things done and be productive. This can result in me pushing myself too hard and needing to remember the value of rest and replenishing myself spiritually. A walk in the woods or sitting at my altar meditating are two of the best ways for me to reconnect with my inner essence.

However, sometimes by mid-day I find myself in need of spiritual renewal even if I have already meditated or walked that morning. This is especially true in busy months, when there are multiple things on the go. Times like this are when I listen to peaceful and uplifting music in my car, which relaxes me as I drive to and fro, from my appointments. I also keep a rose spray bottle in my car and spritz myself as needed if I'm feeling weary or harried. The scent of rose brings a feeling of peace back to my heart and grounds me into the present moment. In addition to both of these little aids, I have an app on my phone with numerous short and long meditations and visualizations which guide me back to a place of peace. I always try to have more than one way for a quick spiritual pick me up, no matter where I am.

Just as my body needs to be replenished with food throughout the day, my spirit needs to be recharged and refreshed as well. I invite you to prioritize your spiritual well-being and take time to revitalize yourself. Pick a few ways you can spritz and go (whether it be a relaxing scent, music, or meditation). When you refresh your inner self throughout the day, your energy remains balanced.

Managing Mindset: For Resilience and Well-Being

By shatipo 0 Comments

ou can't stop the waves, but you can learn to surf." - Jon Kabat-Zinn

Lifestyle change calls on us to abandon the status quo, to step out of our comfort zones and into the unknown. We embark with high hopes and positive intention, but more often than not, find our lifeboat adrift, getting tossed about in a choppy sea of setbacks. Why does this keep happening, and what can we do to navigate our ocean of transformation with greater ease?

"Perhaps I just need more willpower," I used to say to myself. With more willpower, surely I could overcome these urges to override negative emotions with food. Or, if I were a more confident, disciplined person, I could prevent these thoughts from undermining my good intentions. Why did I feel so powerless to change my life?

Once the unaware queen of self-sabotage, these are the kinds of things I used to say to myself, over and over until my inner critic had eroded my positive, can-do frame of mind. I got quite good at it, this misguided, draining self-talk. Why was it that I was better able to allow my kids and others their "learning space," but denied myself the same latitude of imperfection? How was this self-judgment serving me? Eventually, I realized it was just a cleverly disguised hiding place that wasn't serving me at all. In fact, it consistently undermined my best efforts and felt exhausting. I needed a new approach.

After more than a decade of exploring, learning, and practice, a set of guideposts is emerging in my life. While not all of these ingredients may work in your recipe, a few of them may resonate or inspire your own discovery.

1. Observing Myself with Kindness and Curiosity

Our mindsets frame our ongoing inner dialogue, which influences how we interpret and inventory our day-to-day experiences. Carol S. Dweck, Ph.D., Professor of Psychology at Stanford University and a leading motivation researcher, teaches us that a "fixed mindset" presumes that our character, intelligence, and abilities are static and unchangeable, and our success is measured against these innate qualities. In this fixed mindset, avoiding failure preserves our sense of being smart or competent. In contrast, a "growth mindset" invites challenge and views failure as an opportunity for practice and expansion. It kindles an ongoing appetite for compassionate learning instead of a hunger for outside approval. With a growth mindset, our creativity and intelligence can be cultivated and integrated through effort and practice.

A "progress over perfection" mindset sets the stage for our learning to thrive, and this has become my new mantra for wholehearted living. Self-monitoring and self-compassion enhance my growth while self-judgment does not. There is a fine line between sitting with a negative thought and allowing it to take over. To thwart this "takeover," I am becoming the Curious Observer in my own life. If I notice myself moving into self-blame, I simply ask myself, "How does this self-talk serve me?" If I discover a space filled with fear or anxiety, I do my best to acknowledge, label, and reframe any distorted thoughts. I can also physically move to another place, or go for a brisk walk to help change the channel in my mind. Growth mindset is a choice.

2. Practicing Tiny Habits

Stanford behavior scientist BJ Fogg's format for Tiny Habits reminds me that, rather than relying on willpower for long-term change, we adopt new mental shortcuts one small step at a time through identifying existing triggers (or anchors), repeated practice, and celebration. Starting with a small, achievable goal allows for gradual integration and incremental feelings of success and well-being. Using his format, "After I (existing habit), I will (new tiny behavior)," I decided to add tricep dips to my daily routine by anchoring them to my existing habit of using my laptop. Now, each time I close my laptop, I do 5 tricep dips, followed by a little fist pump, "Yes!"

A "cousin" of S.M.A.R.T. (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Rewarding, Time-bound) Goal Setting, connecting new tiny habits to existing ones feels effortless and gratifying, and supports my overarching goal of improved fitness. Brick-by-brick, they reinforce the foundation of my new healthier lifestyle. Breaking up a macro goal into achievable micro goals creates bite-size pieces that enable me to feel successful one step at a time. And, each time I feel successful, my confidence and can-do mindset expand.

3. Normalizing Ups and Downs

Anticipating that my mood and mindset may shift beneath my feet allows me some wiggle room as I continue learning ways to shift my lifestyle. To be resilient and set myself up for success, I expect hills and valleys, mentally rehearse common scenarios (places I've slipped before), and use my Mindset Rescue Toolbox. It contains tools like:

- Creating a Purposeful Pause: Stop, Breathe, Reflect, Choose

- Doing a short body scan, meditation, or some yoga to shift the energy in my mind and body

- Cultivating positive thoughts by being in gratitude

- Asking someone I trust to be my Mindset Monitoring Co-Pilot (lending some objectivity to my subjective experience)

4. Embracing the Vulnerability of Identity Change

Let's face it - stepping outside our comfort zones doesn't feel so good at first. Most of us prefer the routine and familiarity of the regular habits we already have in place. So, how do creatures of habit like us get better at adapting to change? First off, by accepting that temporary discomfort and identity shift are normal, vulnerable parts of human development. From a biological standpoint, our primitive brains interpret stress as a perceived threat (like running from a bear). And, because we're still hard-wired to avoid stressful situations, we often operate in a state of red alert. However, if we can learn in some situatinos to either reframe or transform negative stress into positive stress, or "eustress," we could instead benefit from that extra burst of adrenaline to boost mental alertness and help us accomplish our goals.

Years ago, a coach mentor shared with me, "Be curious - find what's right about what's wrong." With this in mind, I look to discover the opportunity in any challenge and embrace this eustress - to take a risk. Learning to distinguish the beneficial from the toxic stress not only softens my risk averse tendencies, but also fuels my motivation and gradual acceptance of New-and-Improved-Me. While it may be easier to sidestep the risk of change, I'm curious enough to move forward and find out what New-Me feels like.

Managing my mindset with wholeheartedness and practical strategies (self-compassion, tiny habits, realistic expectations, and vulnerability) enables me to recognize my primal instinct to run from the discomfort of change and decide to stay anyway. They provide my lifeboat some buoyancy to help me weather the ups and downs of living. Where is your compass pointing you? Are you curious to find out?
